Updating Twitter and Plurk accounts via cellphone update.

Some of us Pinoys do have cell phones to update their Twitter and Plurk accounts. But have you ever wondered they update their Twitter and Plurk accounts using their cellphones?

Regarding Twitter, I tried once and I followed the instructions, but I don’t know how after that. Regarding Plurk, I don’t know if Plurk allows cellphone update.
